Ales Pajovic is the new head-coach of Austrian national team! The 40-years old Slovenian coach with impressive playing career began his work in HSA Graz last year. Three-time winner of the EHF Champions League as a member of BM Ciudad Real, will lead Austria until summer 2021 according to two years deal.
“I am young, motivated for coaching and this chance will give me even bigger motivation. It is something special to lead national team. I couldn’t to decline offer when I received it. I am proud for opportunity which OEHB gave me. I am looking forward to work with the players – said Pajovic, which promotion will be against Spain on April 11 and 14 in the following EHF week.
Pajovic will replace Patrekur Johanesson on the bench.
The first big challenge will be Men’s EHF EURO 2020 which will be organized by Austria, Norway and Sweden.
