Alex Bognar first RK Celje PL signing for 2024/2025
Hungarian left back – playmaker Alex Bognar became the first player who will strengthen RK Celje Pivovarna Laško in the coming season.
The 23-year-old player coming from Ferencvaros is currently in 5th place in the powerful Hungarian league.
Bognar has signed three-years contract with EHF CL 2024 winners.
“The feelings are great. I’m looking forward to the next three years and I think they will be very successful. I feel like I already know this hall, because it’s the same as in Veszprem. I’m looking forward to playing here and I hope to progress as player. If I had to point out the good sides of my game, it’s definitely the quick throw, and the strong shot is of course the fact that I’m a versatile player who plays both attack and defense. I think Celje is a step up in my career that I will also bring the possibility of playing in the national team.”, said Bognar.
