Three teams out of six pass to the Main round from each prelininary group.Â
Those teams that are still in competition for the medals are Brasil, Spain, Norway, Hungary, Italy, Spain and Chinese Taipei in female competition while in male same options still have Croatia, Brasil, Spain, Qatar, Ukraine and Hungary. On each of the above mentioned list of teams, first to mentioned pass to the main round with 4 points, 2 more then next two, while last two teams from each list didn’t bring any point from preliminary round.
In previous female matches, Brasil and Spain showed superiority by winning all periods of all 5 matches played. In male competition, Brasilians alreday went three time to “shootut”, but what to say about Croatians that all matches finnished in “shootout” – all of them successfully.
Spectatores, players and organisers enjoy fantastic organisation of Hungarian hosts, but all together started watch more frequently to the sky, not just because of “Red bull race’s” planes that are practising for Sunday’s event, more because weather forecast for next two days is not good and it looks it will not be the ally of beachhandballers.
