Fuchse Berlin showed that they won’t be any weaker than last season, by beating at home the champion, HSV Hamburg. Winning 26:25, they proved that they will be a serious opponent to any Bundesliga team, Lowen, Kiel, or anyone else, and that their investments in Romero and others are successful ones. The game was pretty much even most of the game, and Ivan Nincevic scored the winning goal for Fuchse with one minute to go. Hans Lindberg missed for HSV with 30 seconds to go, and after Fuchse missed at 4 seconds to go, there was simply not enough time for HSV to organize a good attack, and Pascal Hens missed the last shot.
