The Croatian NT head-coach Slavko Goluža will have at least “easier” job before picking the players for the upcoming 2015 World Championship in Qatar. PPD Zagreb’s playmaker Josip Valčić will have to take a rest from handball in the next three weeks due rupture of calf muscle. This means that he won’t be in serious plans of the coaching staff at least for the first part of the Championship.
Goluža won’t send any late call to the players from the list of 28 names. He has currently 19 players on trainning, with Domagoj Duvnjak, who will join the team after New Eve.
Croatia will have two friendly matches with Serbia a few days before trip to Qatar.
