Danijel Saric got permission to play for Bosnia and Herzegovina

One of the best handball goalkeeper in this moment, s got a “green light” to play for national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina. His wish to play for BiH in qualification round for WC 2011 in Sweden last January, was abandoned by EHF,  because of “three year” rule.  Already, Saric played for Serbia and Montenegro national team at a few big events, last time at EURO 2006 in Switzerland. He didn’t want to back to Serbian national team and choice to play for Bosnia and Herzegovina (he is born in Doboj, BiH) after headcoach, Vojislav Radja called him.

Danijel Saric got a afirmation in Serbian teams, Crvena zvezda and Sintelon from Backa Palanka, after he moved to Teka Cantabria (Spain). After Teka, he played for Alcobendas, Ademar Leon, Portland San Antonio and in last two seasons for F.C Barcelona.
