First round of Qualification for Men’s EURO 2012 in Serbia was played last weekend and three best teams – winners of the Group has qualified for next Main round of Qualification. That are national teams of Estonia, Latvia and Israel.

Curiosity of this part of Qualification is that Great Britain celebrated their first win in official international matches. They beat Bulgaria 33:32 in front of 600 domestic fans and it can be a motivation for future development in the way to Olympic Games in London 2012, where they will play against best teams in the World of Handball.
