Denmark is World champion for the fourth time in a row since 2019!
Nikola Jacobsen is once again at the TOP of the handball world writing the most successful chapter in the history of our sport.
The 52-years old Danish coach is at the helm of golden era of national handball on the international level. This was his fifth major title since 2019, when Denmark won the first ever gold medal at World Championship which was followed with hat-trick in 2021 and 2023.
With him as a leader, Denmark won Olympic tournament 2024 in Paris.
Jacobsen is now alone on position No.3 at the “all-time” list of best coaches – champions on major events (EHF, IHF and Olympic Games)
Only Claude Onesta and Bengt Johansson have more.
