French Handball Federation has announced the cities and venues where World Championship 2017 will be held. FFHB decided to make unforgetable spectacle with matches at football stadium in Lille, which will be composed as arena with 25.000 seats. The Pierre Mauroy Stadium will host two matches of 1/8 finals and probably also 1/4 final match of the host team.

Aix en Provence(6000 seats) – hall to be build until 2016.
Albertville (7100 seats)
Brest: (4.300 seats) – President Cup
Metz (5.300 seats)
Montpellier (9000 seats)
Nantes: (9.000 seats)
Paris (16.000 seats) final weekend
Rouen (5.300 seats)
The budget of the tournament is about 24.000.000 EUR.
