The new-old president of German Handball Federation, re-elected on Assembly in Berlin, Andreas Michelmann, announced that Germany will get out of the race for Men’s EHF EURO 2022 and fully concentrate on bidding campaign for Men’s EHF EURO 2024!
Germany joined their forces with Denmark and Switzerland to get Men’s EHF EURO 2022, but in the race for Men’s EHF EURO 2024 will go alone!
The leading European handball country has never organized Men’s EURO event, while they have female one in 1994.
Decision will be taken on EHF Congress in Glasgow on June 18/19, 2018.
