One of the best female handball player, the leader of fantastic Norwegian generation, who won all except World Championship, Gro Hammerseng is pregnant. She (currently playing in Larvik) and her girlfriend, Anja Edin, also a handball player, announced that baby will come next February.
– We look forward to being parents and it’s exciting times, says Gro Hammerseng and continues:
– I am going to keep me in shape and aiming to get back to the handball court as quickly as possible.
For now is for sure that Hammerseng will miss the World Championship in Brasil, while her participation at Olympic Games in London is still under question mark.
