HSV Handball will have a chance to defend European title in the VELUX EHF Champions League in the upcoming season after winning thriller against Fuchse Berlin 27:26 (10:14). Interesting second match until the last second of the match was ended by Jogi Bitter save against Konstantin Igropulo 20 seconds before the final whistle. Team from Berlin was very good in the most of the match, but they lost their head in the last five minutes. Adrian Pfahl scored goal for lead 27:26, Fuchse had last attack, but team of Dagur Sigurdsson didn’t manage to score and qualify for the EHF CL after draw in Berlin – 30:30.
