As we wrote yesterday, the Croatian police has been preparing the arrest of Sandi Šola on his return from Skopje where the F4 in SEHA regional league is taking place. The IHF Treasurer and Croatian Handball Federation has been arrested early in the night as he crossed the Croatian border on his return from Skopje.
As we wrote, Sandi Šola is charged with fraud and embezzlement in Karlovacka Bank between 2007 and 2012 when he played active part in the bank, and together with other family members damaged the bank of up to 85 million kunas, or 11 million euros.
