Sportradar, the global provider of sports data intelligence, today announced an extension of its partnership with SEHA Ltd to protect the SEHA – Gazprom League brand and the sport from the threat of match-fixing.
Under the agreement, Sportradar Integrity Services will provide a range of solutions and services to guard the league, its teams and players from the damaging ramifications of match-fixing over the next three years.
Sportradar will monitor the SEHA – Gazprom League using its industry-leading Fraud Detection System (FDS), the world’s most technically advanced bet monitoring system, while also providing the league’s staff and players with Education and Prevention Workshops.
The workshops are designed to inform participants of potential integrity threats, how they can promote correct and ethical behaviours, as well as guard against any unlawful activities.
“As the SEHA – Gazprom League grows and develops, we have recognised the increasing need for transparency and preserving integrity. This partnership is a major step forward for our competition. Sportradar Integrity Services and their range of industry leading solutions will provide us reassurance and security across the board“, said Sinisa Ostoic, SEHA – Gazprom League Managing Director.
“It’s a great privilege to be working with the SEHA – Gazprom League in the continued fight against match-fixing. Keeping sport clean is an ongoing priority for both ourselves and the organisations we work with. Our team will now focus on safeguarding efforts by monitoring the international betting markets through our market leading FDS solution, and jointly support this with education to inform stakeholders of how, why and where integrity threats exist“, said Andreas Krannich, Managing Director, Sportradar Integrity Services.
