In the Israeli Cup 2013 F4 in Raanana will meet:
Hapoel Altshuler Shaham Rishon Lezion vs A. S. Savion
Maccabi Rishon Lezion vs Bnei Herzlia,
Monday at Metro – West Arena in Raanana.
Cup title holder is Hapoel Rishon. In the 1/4 Final this season Hapoel beat Macabi Tel Aviv 34:29 in the reprise of the last year final. A.S Savion is the team from the bottom of the League table this year, but still enough danger:
– We do a good preparation for the semi-finals against A.S. Savion and our minds have turned this game. We really do not disregard Savion and preparing for them at the most professional level. They are a team with talented players who can surprise – says Dan Mikos, Hapoel’s line player.
Hapoel strengthened the team during winter with Bosnian goalkeeper, Bojan Hans Ljubisic who came from RK Borac Banja Luka, but also Stas Brezhny from Motor Zaporozhye, Eyal Keren and Moshiko Elimelech.
In the second semi-finals, Macabi will play against Bnei Herzlia.
