One of the best players of all time, Ivano Balic, is returning to Croatian handball and should soon become the head coach of the men’s U-20 national team, reports sportnet.rtl.hr.
According to the mentioned portal, the Managing Board of the Federation has nothing against it and Balic should take charge soon. However, as things stand, he will wait for his debut, since the European Junior Championship planned for January in Porec was canceled due to the uncertain situation with the coronavirus pandemic.
