Lasse Svan Hansen in SG Flensburg until 2015

The SG Flensburg-Handewitt made an important step in planning for the future progress. Lasse Svan Hansen (27) has extended his contract for four seasons until 2015. “This was an important decision for us in terms of continuity in our squad,” said SG manager Holger Kaiser, who was delighted after the signature of the Danish right winger. “Lasse has developed steadily in recent years up, listened to his position among the top players and fight – that is inspiring -. With a SG-heart”.

“When I came two years ago to Flensburg was for me a dream come true,” said the 27-year-old. “Now it is unbelievable that I can play five more years here. This contract extension for me was not a difficult decision. I can not imagine playing for another club. ” Lasse Svan Hansen came in July 2008 by the Danish first division club GOG Svendborg TGI for SG and completed 96 competitive matches so far (342 / 1 goals) in the SG-Dress. In the Danish national team, he is now an established and has been contested 49 matches. “Lasse works hard and has the potential to improve further,” said SG coach Carlén.
