Lukas Hutecek about Austrian success: We want keep on flying

Austria is still flying at the EHF EURO 2024. The team of Ales Pajovic extending amazing run of matches in which is undefeated against big teams. After draws against Croatia and Spain, at the start of the Main Round campaign in Cologne, Austrian team beat Hungary 29:28 to come very close to the Olympic qualification place, something which if happens, will be a big surprise.

Left back/playmaker Lukas Hutecek talked for Handball-Planet.com about it after win over neighbors:

• Crazy performance of our team. I am so proud on this team. We had some players sick, some injured, but what we are doing on this field is amazing. Everyone giving 100%, we are keeping fighting, never give up, amazing performance of the whole team – said Hutecek and added:
• We want to keep on flying, to go game to game. If we are ready we can beat everyone. Next focus is Germany and we want to win it also. We are just looking game to game. It would be nice to be a part of Olympic qualifications – said Hutecek.
