The first day of 2018 won’t stay in good memory of Slovenian handball fans. Experienced line-player Matej Gaber will have to miss upcoming event in Croatia after he got injured on the first training session in new year.
The 26-years old line player of Hungarian PICK Szeged has foot fracture and won’t be able to help his compatriots in Zagreb, where Slovenia will meet Germany, Macedonia and Montenegro.
Gaber will be replaced with RK Celje Pivovarna Lasko line-player Matic Suholeznik.
