Handball story of the month came to the end! Mikkel Hansen will play in Paris for the next four years. Handball MEGA project in the “City of Light” was attractive enough for the World’s Best Player 2011 by IHF, who became free agent after AG Copenhagen bankruptcy. Hansen has played for GOG Svendborg from 2005 to 2008, when he moved to F.C Barcelona, where he spent two years before “come back” to AG Copenhagen. Mikkel became one of the best players in the last two season, led his team at VELUX EHF F4, where AG took third place.
As a member of Danish NT, Hansen won gold at EHF EURO 2012 and silver at WCh 2011.
