Legendary Serbian player, Momir Ilic, now at position of Veszprem second team coach, talked with Zika Bogdanovic in podcast #stayathome Balkan-Handball.com about his experience with Chema Rodriguez, his team-mate from Veszprem, future coach of Benfica SL.
- I learned a lot about handball from Chema. When I came to Veszprem, we looked at video in different ways. I was looking as some film, but they grew up with taking small details and put them in focus. Now, I have much more information that then. It is famous Pastor’s school. Chema’s qualities, moving, crossing between playmaker and left back. We had a fantastic timing, it was perfection. It was really great experience to play with him – said Momir Ilic in podcast of Balkan-Handball.com.
