Montenegro write handball history!

Montenegro made the biggest success in the history of Men’s handball by qualifing for the Men’s EHF EURO 2022 Main Round. Team who suffered a lot of problems before and during the tournament due COVID-19, beat Slovenia 33:32 in the crucial match for the second place in Group and trip from Debrecen to Budapest.

Absolutely amazing was goalkeeper Nebojsa Simic with crucial 2 7-meter saves in the last five minutes.

The biggest success of Montenegrian team is 12th place at EHF EURO 2008 in Norway.
