After three and a half years in Veszprem, Spanish coach Antonio Carlos Ortega has to begin with something new in proffesional career. Former five times EHF CL winner as a player and EHF CL finalist with Veszprem last season at VELUX EHF F4 in Cologne, took interesting challenge with Japanese national team in Asian Championship campaign in January. That would be a short-term deal.
Japan will try to win the ticket in Bahrain for the Men’s World Championship 2017 in France.
Ortega, who made good results with Hungarian Veszprem, is also a target of some European teams. The most serious is Danish champion KIF Kolding Kobenhavn. The Danish side would like to see Spaniard on the bench in the future.
