PSG win derby battle in Montpellier

In a key French league clash, PSG defeated Montpellier 32:30 away from home to stay top of the table. The Parisians controlled most of the match thanks to their efficiency in one-on-one situations and from the seven-meter line. Montpellier stayed in the game for long spells and threatened a comeback more than once, but never managed to turn it around, as PSG responded well after their Champions League setback against Pelister.
Yahia Omar led PSG with eight goals, while Kamil Syprzak added six. Ferran Sole and Wallem Peleka scored five each in an important away win for the Parisians. For Montpellier, Jack Thurin stood out with five goals, but it was not enough to prevent the home defeat.
