SENSATION: Norwegian machines fight for the medal!

Norway are at the Men’s EHF EURO 2016 semi-final for the first time in the handball history of this Scandinavian country! Amazing success is achieved against the Olympic, World and European champions – France 29:24 (12:11). Scandi guys were lead by fantastic shooter, lefthander Kent Robin Tonnesen, who netted six goals, together with Kent Bjornsen, fantastic Sander Sagosen, etc. Only “Expert” who was on the level necessary to challenge fantastic rivals, has been Daniel Narcisse with seven goals.

France still have chances to play for the medals despite defeat. If Croatia beat Poland between five and nine goals difference, France will play in the semis. Croats must beat host team with 10 (if they score 34 goals) or more to grab the last train for the final weekend.

Belarus beat Macedonia 30:29 in the battle for the fifth place in the Group.
