It was certain that HSV Hamburg and Chekhovski Medvedi are to continue their quest in Europe after the group phase, but with today’s win of HSV over Ademar with 32:26 and Chekhovski over Partizan in Nis with 31:27, they are now mathematically through to the L16 phase. In the third game today, HCM Constanta won against Savehof with 28:23, and is now on level points with them and RK Celje (game less) for the 4th place in the Group B.
