Low performances at preparation tournaments in Doboj and Banja Luka forced Management of most succesfull team of Macedonia, Vardar Pro to terminate contract with two players – Belojevic and Vukas. Currently, Ljubomir Savevski, head coach, who is also leading Macedonian national team, looking for replacement and two names are in optiion. First, playmaker from Croatia Danijel Arapovic, who played in Slovenia (Krsko) and second, much more known, right back, Vukasin Rajkovic (27), Serbian national player, who is out of contract after two season spent in FCK Handbold.
Vardar will play in Cup Winners Cup this season. At national stage, it will be tough battle between them and Metalurg Skopje, coached by Lino Cervar.
