Wacker Thun wins first point in Skopje – PSG storm over Minsk

VELUX EHF Champions League Group C had interesting ending of the Round 7. Swiss champion Wacker Thun came to Skopje as outsider, but at the end RK Metalurg were lucky to save a point in the last two minutes, after motivated Swiss players led 24:22. At the end – 24:24. Metalurg have missed the chance to enter TOP 16 phase, while this was the first point ever for Swiss best side at the European elite competition…

In the second match of the day, away team had no problem to keep the advantage. Mladen Bojinovic was TOP scorer with 8 goals, while Vori and Kopljar scored 7. The best scorer in the home squad was Dean Bombac (7.)
