Only Montenegrin Radicevic and Brazilian Amorim had been on the all-star team of the season before. The remaining 8 players and coach are debutants to the ‘ideal team’ of the tournament.

For this year’s voting process, besides the votes of the fans, the EHF requested the opinion of all 16 coaches of the participant teams (with only 14 answering the poll), the Women Forum Club Handball, the presenting sponsors DELO, the EHF media correspondents, and the EHF itself.

The two semifinals will throw off tomorrow, starting with defending champions Győri Audi ETO KC facing Vipers Kristiansand at 15:15, and Metz Handball meeting Rostov Don at 18:00.
