SC Magdeburg lose battle for Mensah, but sign Magnus Gullerud

According to Handball-Planet.com sources, SC Magdeburg have been the team who lost the race with SG Flensburg Handewitt for Mads Mensah Larsen despite a better financial offer to a Danish player than the German champions, but another guy from the North of Europe will reinforce traditional team from the East of Germany.

The Norwegian line-player Magnus Gullerud will be the new member of the team from GETEC Arena from the summer 2020.

The 28-years old player of GWD Minden will come to more competitive squad where he can fight for the trophies.

Gullerud has played for Norwegian national team at the last World Championship 2019 in Denmark and Norway, where Norwegians ended with the bronze medal.
