Dean Bombac to stay in Szeged until 2024: My second home

Dean Bombac and MOL Pick Szeged, a true love story! The 30-years old Slovenian playmaker has extended contract with Hungarian champions until 2024.

The most important “machine” in the system of Juan Carlos Pastor, came to Szeged in 2014. He had two very good seasons afterwards moved to PGE Vive Kielce.

However, Bombac didn’t show even similar level of play in the team of Talant Dujshebaev.

After two seasons, Pastor grabbed the chance to re-sign Slovenian playmaker, who is again “on his own”, playing on TOP level.

“Szeged is my second home. I feel good here, my family is happy and our goals are high”, said Bombac.

Bombac netted 248 goals for Pick Szeged in four season of the VELUX EHF Champions League, but there is a chance for many more…
