One of the best women’s line players in the last few years, Dragana Cvijic, will replace Podgorica for Skopje after six years! The 27-years old Serbian player signed two years contract with ZRK Vardar Skopje, the best Macedonian team who achieved only third place as the highest result at Women’s EHF Champions League despite a lot of money invested in the team in recent years.
Cvijic played at ZRK Buducnost Podgorica between 2011 and 2017, where she won two EHF Champions League titles. Her debut at European elite competition was with RK Krim Mercator, where she played between 2009 and 2011.
Cvijic also won silver medal at Women’s World Championship 2013 with Serbia.
