France put on silence “Future Arena” for new semi-final

The French handball team is one step closer to the third Olympic final in a row! The „Experts“ showed strentgh in 60 minutes over the host team at „Future Arena – Brazil 34:27 (16:16) and qualified for the semi-final where will meet Germany.

About 45 minutes last the resistance of the home team, who tried to make pressure on the French stars with “wild defense”. Brazil  were on 22:22 in 40th minute, but then collapsed attack of Jordi Ribera team, while on the other side Narcisse (7), Guigou (8) and Sorhaindo (6) used every chance to score the goal and make higher advantage.

At the end, it was routine victory for the Olympic winners from Beijing and London, who have all the reasons to believe in same finish in Rio.
