The Spaniard, making his debut in the EHF Champions League on the bench of the Macedonian champion, didn’t panic even when his team missed the chance to go +2 in the final minute and the ball for a draw ended up in the rival’s hands. “Many people told me about the atmosphere here, but until you feel it personally – you don’t know what kind of magic exists in this hall. It’s very easy to play here with such support. We should not have allowed ourselves to get into such a situation at the end of the game. It is very important to win the matches that are crucial for us in the group. We know this is not our best level, we can improve a lot, and that is what we are focused on. We have to think match by match, the next one is PSG, but we must always also enjoy a victory. Tonight we enjoy, but already from tomorrow the focus is on the duel in Paris. We also have a game in the domestic championship, and every one there is important too, and we must do our job,” said Garabaya.
