The coach of the Danish national team, Gudmundur Gudmundsson, chose the 17 players that will travel to Qatar for the World Championship, where Denmark will try to repeat the bad run of two defeats in the final games, and finally get on the highest throne. The Icelandic chose not to bring Nikolaj Markussen in Doha.
