“I’d Sign a Contract Until 2035 Blindly” – Dujshebaev on His Future with Kielce

Talant Dujshebaev began his 12th season as the head coach of Industria Kielce. In an interview with TVP Sport, he emphasized his willingness to continue in this role for many more years.
Dujshebaev is already a true club icon – he has been coaching Kielce since 2014 and shows no signs of retirement. His current contract runs until 2027, but he has previously declared that he is ready to stay in Kielce until the end of his career.
“I haven’t changed my mind. I’m happy in Kielce. We’ve started a new project, we’re building a new team. It’s important to be at a high level not only in sporting performance, but also organizationally and financially; so that we can attract the best players. If we look at the clubs we compete against in the Champions League, they have much larger budgets – Veszprem, Aalborg, PSG, Nantes,” Dujshebaev told TVP Sport.
However, he pointed out that signing a new contract isn’t up to him alone: “If the club offered me a deal until 2035, I would sign it blindly.”
With Kielce, Dujshebaev won the EHF Champions League in the 2015/16 season.
