Mikkel Hansen won’t be able to play farewell match with PSG Handball
Mikkel Hansen won’t be able to play any match until the end of the season. The Danish superstar had a knee surgery in February afterwards he suffered blood clot with cartilage problems in his right knee:
– It is definitely a pity that he can not play for us during his last months in Paris after ten years. We had wanted for both him and the club that he could play one last match before he goes to Ålborg. It has gone differently than we had hoped, but the most important thing is that he recovers well after the operation. And right now everything is okay – said Thierry Omeyer, now part of PSG Handball management for Danish BT.
PSG Handball have secured another French Championship title. Raul Gonzales team will meet THW Kiel at EHF Champions League quarter-final.
Hansen will join Aalborg Handbold for the upcoming season.
