New German NT coach, Martin Heuberger already got “media opponent” in one of the best domestic coaches, Martin Schwalb. Former coach of HSV Hamburg, from this season at the position of President, criticizes Heuberger after three defeats at the “World Cup” against Sweden, Denmark and Spain.
-Three defeats can’t be useful. I don’t understand that kind of experiments. Experiments are nice and good, but not two months before the European Championship in Serbia. Now, we need structure of 8,9 players, who will play significant role there – said Schwalb for the tournament where Germany played 5-1 defence and rotate many players, for example the best goalkeeper, Heinevetter – out of squad against Sweden.
Heuberger thinks different:
– I am looking for my own way and that can be unpopular for someone. Despite three defeats, I saw many positive things – was Heuberger’s answer on Schwalb critics.
