Stefan Madsen to lead PSG Handball!
Stefan Madsen will be the new chief of PSG Handball.
The Danish coach who is currently at Egyptian Al Ahly will finish African adventure in order to replace Raul Gonzales on helm of the biggest French handball project who still struggling to win the EHF Champions League.
Madsen was twice close as coach of Aalborg Handball with whom he played two finals in Cologne in 2020 and 2024.
Together with him in the “City of Lights” coming back Henrik Mollgaard, Madsen’s defender in Aalborg, who will end fantastic career next summer.
Mollgaard has already played at PSG Handball. He will now overtake position of assistant coach.
Raul Gonzales will end his 7th season in Paris. In previous six, PSG Handball played at EHF CL Final4 three times, but without success.
Spaniard will overtake Serbian national team from July 1, 2025.
