VOTE FOR MIZUNO WORLD HANDBALL PLAYER 2015!

The fifth year in a row, Handballl-Planet.com organizes the Contest for the MIZUNO WORLD HANDBALL PLAYER 2015! The Voting process of the traditional November competition is based on opinion of 29 handball journalists from all over the world. Handball-Planet.com Jury of handball Experts from four continents (29 countries) made the list of 32 players (four per team’s position) who will be in the race for the title of MIZUNO WORLD HANDBALL PLAYER 2015, but also MIZUNO “BEST 8” OF WORLD HANDBALL 2015.

The last member of Jury are Handball-Planet.com visitors, who can support their favorites by joining the Polls until December 3. It is important to be remembered that votes of handball fans across the globe will be added to existing number of points given by the journalist’s jury.

Journalists and fans will together announce the best at the end of the voting process.

JURY MEMBERS FROM EUROPE, ASIA, AFRICA AND SOUTH AMERICA

Handball-Planet.com organizes the biggest WORLD HANDBALL PLAYER 2015 Jury in the history of our Contest with the clear aim to get opinion from the different countries, continents, handball schools and traditions. Our Jury members are famous handball specialists in their countries, which coming from the biggest media (Marca, TV 2 NO, Globoesporte, Aftonbladet, PRESSball.by, sport.is), but also from specialized websites and newspapers as Handnews.fr, Hbold.dk, Balkan-Handball.com, rushandball.ru and so on…

NAGY, JICHA, DUVNJAK, KARABATIĆ…

Handball-Planet.com looking for the fifth best player on the Earth in the history of our Contest. Hungarian TOP star Laszlo Nagy won award in 2011 when over 6500 fans voted on our Poll question. WORLD HANDBALL PLAYER 2012 was Czech star Filip Jicha (over 13.000 voters), while in 2013 the first name in the handball world was Domagoj Duvnjak with unified opinion of Jury members and huge support of the fans (about 146.000 votes for all nominees in total).

The WORLD HANDBALL PLAYER 2014 was Nikola Karabatić, with the great support of Jury members, but also over 171.000 fans who voted in our Polls.

BARCA DOMINATION – SPAIN, FRANCE AND DENMARK…

As in 2014, the most nominations for the MIZUNO WORLD HANDBALL PLAYER 2015 got FC Barcelona – Lassa – 6.  The second power in opinion of journalists Jury is PSG Handball with 5 names. German THW Kiel have four, while MVM Veszprem, SG Flensburg and RK Vardar have three each. Two nominees coming from Polish Vive Tauron Kielce and Qatari El Jaish Sports Club while PICK Szeged, Rhein Neckar Lowen, Montpellier and small Polish team Chrobry Glogow can also be proud on their best players.

In total, 32 nominees coming from 12 teams.

Situation with the national teams is a little bit different (14 in total). Like in a year before, Spain giving the biggest number of players (6) followed by France (5) and Denmark (4). Qatar is on the fourth place with three nominees, while Poland, Slovenia and Croatia have two. Germany, Hungary, Russia, Serbia, Macedonia, Sweden and Iceland have also nominated players for the MIZUNO WORLD HANDBALL PLAYER 2015.
