Wael Jallouz retires at age 29

Sad news coming from Tunisia. One of the biggest potential of African handball ever, Tunisian left back Wael Jallouz is forced to finish a professional career at age 29.

The first African back-line player, who linked in career such a teams like THW Kiel, Barca Lassa and Fuchse Berlin, has finally lost the battle with numerous number of injuries who put his level and focus down.

With his departure, Tunisia definitely lost balance on African soil in comparison with another big handball nation – Egypt.
