Rhein Neckar Lowen coach Nikolaj Jacobsen expressed his expectations that Germany could stay without a single team at VELUX EHF Champions League Final4 in Cologne “very easily”. The Danish coach stated for Manheimer Morgen about this:
-It is possible that Germany will stay without teams in Cologne. I hope that at least one will be there, but it is much more realistic another scenario – said Jacobsen, which team was openly critized for not playing in European elite competition with full strentgh.
-Barcelona, Kielce, Veszprem and PSG Handball are four favorites. PSG Handball have an unbeleavable squad – concluded Jacobsen.
