Lino Cervar won’t be a coach of Macedonia NT

Opponents can now settle down. Famous Croat coach, Lino Cervar won’t be a coach of Macedonia national team. That is a decision of Macedonian Handball Federation Board meeting. Current coach, Ljubomir Savevski will begin qualifications for EURO 2012 at the bench.  Problem with Cervar is question of money, because biggest handball sponsors in country and also, first man of HC Metalurg, where is a coach Lino Cervar, don’t want to take responsibilty for costs of national team.

– It’s like that this is team of RFM, not Macedonian State.  We don’t have a support from Government bodies, while promoting the country. We are developing handball and government doesn’t care, so we can’t take financial responsibility over men’s national team. – said “Alfa & Omega” of HC Metalurg, Minco Jordanov.

Macedonia play in qualification group for EURO 2012 with Hungary, Estonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Two best team will qualify for EC.
